The Challenge

The client had no IT infrastructure to manage inventory or orders. All orders were being managed on the excel files. It took dispensing staff, on average, two days to process single orders. There was no way to track individual orders.

Poor orders processing was badly hurting business performance.

The Process

We designed a new component based architecture to effectively handle and process orders. The new system has auto-processing modules to translate product names, generate digital prescriptions, dispensing labels and postage labels. We created separate modules to track orders and auto-generate invoices for processed orders.
